The contractor must properly plug and abandon the Wm. H. Gilbert Est. 1 well (Permit Number 6170), which is leaking and located in a lake. Access will be via a barge, using an existing gravel lease road and poly mats to minimize property damage. The contractor must secure a barge, construct a temporary sheet-piled landing area, set up buoy lines, and secure a supply boat. Work includes site preparation, mobilization/demobilization, plugging, and site restoration. The contractor must also submit a project timeline broken down into Site Prep, Mobilization/Demobilization, Plugging, and Site Restoration.
