Trained, qualified professionals holding California acceptable licenses administer psychological evaluations and interpret results for participants identified as perhaps having learning challenges, using recognized and validated learning disabilities evaluation tools. The contractor initiates contact with participants within 3 business days of referral, completes a Learning Needs Assessment report, discusses the report with the participant, communicates recommendations to appropriate SFHSA staff, and completes and submits a final report. The contractor also participates in case conferences with HSA staff and in mandatory HSA collaborative group meetings, including the WtW Employability/Domestic Violence quarterly meeting, the Domestic Violence Workgroup quarterly meeting, and the WtW Oversight Committee quarterly meeting.

Most California work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
