The PORT intends to award one project-specific contract for comprehensive leave administration services for PORT employees, with an initial three-year period of performance and five additional option years. Services will include administration of FMLA, PORT Paid Family and Medical Leave (PPFML), and PORT Paid Parental Leave (PPL) programs, including eligibility determinations, leave tracking, employee communications, compliance activities, and web-based tools for leave tracking and reporting, in accordance with applicable federal and Washington State requirements.
