- The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Respondents to establish a qualified pool of underwriters and commercial paper dealers for the City’s bond issuance and commercial paper programs (Pool) to meet the Investment Banking needs of the City for a period of five (5) years, beginning April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2026 with up to two (2) optional one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of the City.
