The package must be fully assembled, rigged, and tested, and delivered within 120 days of the purchase order. The vessel must include specified interior, helm, electronics, and safety equipment, and the trailer must meet highway operation requirements. The contractor must register all warranties in the name of SCDNR and provide all manuals and warranty documents at turnover.
