The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,100 square feet of VCT flooring in the cafeteria and installation of a complete urethane cement flooring system in the kitchen (20' x 31'), dry goods storage (19' x 10'), Dorm 1 Restroom (12'8" x 12'8"), Dorm 1 Shower (13' x 9'4"), Dorm 2 Restroom (12'8" x 12'8"), and Dorm 2 Shower (13' x 9'4"). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary, including surface preparation, moisture mitigation, flooring installation, finishing, transitions, trim work, and final cleanup. The work must be performed in a secure juvenile justice environment, coordinated with SCDJJ, and completed within 45 business days after Notice to Proceed.
