The project consists of the demolition of existing hardscape and landscaping, and installation of new bluestone paving, plantings, low voltage lighting, fountain improvements, restroom and associated plumbing work, concrete and asphalt work at the existing water fountain plaza on E Washington Street. Prior experience, qualifications, and product certification will be required. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City of Walterboro City Hall Chambers on September 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
