Work includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavation, embankment, earthwork compaction, roadway obliteration, riprap placement, landscape boulders, aggregate base courses, decomposed granite paths with stabilizer, concrete accessible parking stalls and paths, installation of government-furnished picnic tables, pedestal grills, and a bear-saver trash receptacle, steel two-rail barriers, traffic signs, culvert installation, and optional items including additional steel barriers, ramadas, and a double-vault Clovermist toilet. The contractor must also provide a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), temporary traffic control, and comply with the Industrial Fire Precautions Plan.
