Through this solicitation, approved providers may be considered for inclusion on RIDE's Master Price Agreement (MPA) for literacy professional learning services. This solicitation will be used to establish an MPA with qualified service providers to support statewide implementation of evidence-based literacy practices.
Proposals received by November 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
Establish a Master Price Agreement with qualified service providers to support statewide implementation of evidence-based literacy practices. Approved providers are placed on a qualified vendor list and used on an as-needed basis, with specific project work issued as scopes of work for price quotes based on price, expertise and vendor availability.
