Owner's Project Manager (OPM) services are anticipated to begin upon issuance of the construction contract or purchase order to the contractor selected by the University to perform the construction work ("Construction Contractor") and continue through Construction Completion, an anticipated duration of approximately thirty-two and one-half (32.5) months. If authorized by the University as an Add Alternate Service, Owner's Progress Inspector (OPI) services are anticipated to begin at construction mobilization and continue through Construction Completion, an anticipated duration of approximately thirty (30) months.
