On-Call Professional Information Technology Services

The Port’s Information Management (IM) Division is responsible for providing, supporting, and maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems that support both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives across all Port divisions. Key responsibilities include managing enterprise-wide applications, infrastructure and network systems, cybersecurity, data and analytics systems, cloud and digital services, capital project support, disaster recovery planning, and future technology initiatives.

To support these responsibilities, the Port is seeking consultants to provide on-call general and specialized technical expertise across a broad range of IT disciplines covered under the Scope of Services. Consultants will supplement IM staff by providing operational, maintenance, and project-based support, including supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and security of the Port’s IT systems and infrastructure. Services may include routine, as well as urgent or unplanned on-call operational needs.
