This Micro or Small Order Purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Do not deliver materials or provide services until you have been officially notified of the award and authorized to proceed by the Department.
The bidder must supply 20 wall-mounted, double-roll toilet tissue dispensers made of durable plastic, smoke gray or equivalent, with a sliding door mechanism, including all mounting hardware. Delivery must be made within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order, one-time delivery.
