This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
The bidder must supply and deliver library furniture items, including book trucks, card cabinets, carrels, chairs, curb-side book returns, dictionary stands, step stools, tables, etc., to specified Free Library of Philadelphia branches. Delivery addresses include South Philadelphia Branch, Holmesburg Branch, Frankford Branch, Parkway Central, and Northeast Regional Branch. The bidder must quote all items and may offer alternate products of equal quality and performance, with complete descriptions. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.
