This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Please review URL provided for reference. Vendors must submit item specs with bids; pricing must remain firm for the hold period.
Vendor shall supply electronic shelf hardware and components as specified in the bid solicitation. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point at quoted prices to the Free Library of Philadelphia, Philbrick Hall, 1901 Vine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103-1189. Delivery and provision of services shall not occur until notified by the department. Vendors must provide complete item specifications with their bids. If alternates are proposed, a complete description of each alternate must be submitted as an attachment; the City will determine in its sole discretion whether proposed alternates are equal and acceptable. Pricing must remain firm for the hold period (60 days from submission date).
