The City of Philadelphia (City) intends to acquire Peripherals and Information Technology (IT) Equipment and Hardware Configurations, Installation, and Implementation Services. Quotes will NOT be accepted after the bid opening. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner.
The successful bidder(s) will supply Office Automation equipment and services to City of Philadelphia agencies/departments. The scope includes, but is not limited to: servers, IT appliances, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, copiers, multifunction devices, scanners, fax machines, TV monitors, wireless equipment, audio/video equipment, photographic/projecting equipment and supplies, network switches, APC equipment, monitors, SAN equipment, storage equipment, and related peripherals, accessories, and supplies. The contract also covers installation, configuration, and warranty services. The contract is a Requirements Contract, meaning items are ordered on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum quantity. The contract term is 12 months (Initial Term) with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
