This project is for the replacement of an existing structure on STATE ROUTE 7401, SECTION BRG, in ARCHBALD BOROUGH, LACKAWANNA COUNTY, in the COMMONWEALTH of PENNSYLVANIA. The project is located along Goers Hill Street in Archbald Borough at the structure over White Oak Run from Station 39+00.00to Station 48+25.00 with an overall length of 868 feet. The proposed work is a replacement of the existing concrete-filled I-beam bridge with a composite prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge. Traffic will be diverted with a temporary roadway during construction.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
