The description and location of the project is as follows: For construction of variable speed limit signs at certain sections of State Route 80 in VARIOUS TOWNSHIPS in CLEARFIELD, JEFFERSON, CLARION, and BUTLER COUNTIES in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The total construction length is approximately 5300 feet (1.0 miles). Construction includes variable speed limit signs, directional boring, solar assemblies for speed limit signs, ITS device integration, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved construction drawings.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
