A target of three (3) to seven (7) contracts will be awarded to a pool of contractors that will subsequently compete for individual task orders. This Power Construction and Services II Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (PCS II MATOC) will have total shared contract capacity of $249,000,000.00. A virtual industry day will be hosted by the USACE Philadelphia District on 17 September 2026 at 1000 hrs ET.
