This project is for the replacement of an existing structure on STATE ROUTE 374, SEC 553, in HERRICK TOWSHIP, SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, in the COMMONWEALTH of PENNSYLVANIA. The project is located on SR 374 at the outlet of Lowe Lake from Segment 0320 Offset 2936 to Segment 0330 Offset 0241, with a total project length of 820 linear feet. The proposed work consists of removing and replacing the existing outlet pipe with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert. Other work includes paving transitions at both ends, guiderail improvements, signing and pavement markings, erosion control, and landscaping. The work will be performed under an approved detour plan included within this construction proposal.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
