This ALSO includes work on STATE ROUTE 0066 from segment 0430 offset 2600 to segment 0430 offset 2850.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
