BY 11:00 A.M., ON NOVEMBER 18, 2026. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND DISPLAYED
PUBLICLY ON PENNBID IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING OPENING.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A bid bond is required with each
bid. A performance bond will be required from the successful bidder. Bid is subject to
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act
Bidding Documents including instructions to Bidders and Bid Proposals are available at no
cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.procureware.com.
The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct and complete temporary restoration within 60 consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed, in accordance with the contract documents. The work includes sidewalk and ADA ramp construction.
