REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, HARDWARE AND PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY, TERM CONTRACT
The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for individual projects. Each project will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest fixed price. Vendors must be the manufacturer or an authorized dealer/distributor/reseller. They must return written price quotes via email within a specified timeframe, adhere to all terms and conditions, provide estimated delivery days, and include shipping charges in their unit pricing. Individual projects shall not exceed $99,999.
