REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR BRASS FITTINGS FOR WATER METERS AND PIPE, VARIOUS SIZES, PURCHASE OF, TERM CONTRACT
The pre-qualified vendors will supply brass fittings for water meters and pipe in various sizes, meeting Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department Minimum Engineering and Construction Standards effective January 2017 (or current version) and ASTM standards. Vendors must be authorized dealers/distributors/resellers of the manufacturer. Delivery is required within 21 calendar days after receipt of a term contract delivery order to one of three operation center warehouses in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, or Belle Glade, Florida. Payment will be based on the price offered on the quote response. The contract term is 60 months or until estimated funding is expended.
