Pre-qualified vendors will be responsible for all printing and production of the Palm Tran Rider's Guide Books, including providing paper, film, and/or plates, submitting pre-production proofs, and delivering the finished books to specified Palm Tran facilities in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Belle Glade. The County will supply artwork in PDF format and will solicit quotes from all pre-qualified vendors on an as-needed basis for each project. Sub-contracting of any portion of the production process is not allowed.
