The County seeks to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors who can supply and deliver classroom supplies and equipment to locations throughout Palm Beach County, including the Glades Area. Vendors will be invited on an as-needed basis to submit written price quotes for individual projects. The contract covers items such as classroom furniture (excluding office furniture), dramatic play toys, fine and gross motor development items, language and literacy development materials, music and movement development items, outdoor play equipment, science materials, teacher resources, and arts and crafts supplies. Delivery must be made within 14 calendar days of a delivery order. The contract term is 60 months or until estimated funding is expended, with an estimated annual value of $375,000.
