Pre-qualified vendors will supply and deliver food items (perishable and non-perishable) to various locations throughout Palm Beach County on an as-needed basis. Vendors must possess a fully equipped and staffed office, adhere to delivery requirements (including temperature controls for frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods), provide USDA certificates for certain items, maintain sanitary conditions per health department standards, and respond to price quote requests within five business days. Individual projects under this contract shall not exceed $99,999.
