The successful quoter shall supply labor, shop and portable spray welding services as specified. Services include machine or undercut damage area, spray molten ferrous or non-ferrous metal to machine or undercut area, machine weld area to manufacturer's specifications, and provide adapter sleeve where applicable. The quoter must respond within eight hours after phone notification for portable services, provide a written estimate for each project, and transport equipment to their shop if necessary with prior approval. Hourly rates include labor, equipment, materials, tools, travel, fuel, insurance, and all incidental expenses. The contract is for a 12-month term with four optional 12-month renewals.
