WELDING GASES AND ACCESSORIES, PURCHASE OF, TERM CONTRACT
The successful quoter will provide firm, fixed pricing for the purchase and delivery of welding gases to Palm Beach County locations. Responsibilities include providing price per refill for County-owned or rented cylinders; pick-up, refill, and distribution of all cylinders in compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, and NFPA standards; loading and off-loading of cylinders; ensuring cylinders are properly labeled and hydrostatically tested; repairing or replacing oxygen valves and O-rings; and submitting invoices. The contract covers two lots: Lot 1 for welding gases excluding the Glades area, and Lot 2 for the Glades area only. The County will order on an as-needed basis and pay a daily cylinder rental of $0.10 per cylinder.
