The successful quoter shall perform semi-annual testing on cylinder, initiating device integrity, abort, and manual for all initiating devices; test standalone chemical controller functions, battery backup, signal verification to the FACP, notification devices activation, and Central Station reporting; tag all tanks and control panels; provide full certification; use the County test and inspection form; provide written quotes for repairs; and be available for service 24/7. Testing shall be in accordance with NFPA 12A, NFPA 72H, and NFPA 2001 codes. The contract covers locations including Government Center Complex, Criminal Justice Complex, 800 MHz Radio Tower Buildings, Water Utilities, West Detention Center, and Eagle Academy.
