Irene B. Thomas Park Inclusive Playground Renovation.
The project consists of the turnkey design and replacement of the existing playground, including demolition, site

The selected contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey renovation of the existing playground at Irene B. Thomas Park. The work includes field verification of site conditions; preparation of playground layout, equipment plans, and color renderings; removal and lawful disposal of existing playground equipment, swings, borders, surfacing, anchors, and foundations; site preparation, grading, drainage adjustments, foundations, and accessible connections; furnishing and installation of inclusive playground equipment, swing area, shade solution, and accessible unitary safety surfacing; obtaining applicable permits and coordinating inspections; providing a post-installation inspection report signed by a current Certified Playground Safety Inspector; and delivery of warranties, maintenance information, final inspection and testing reports, approved plans, and other required closeout documentation.
