The Roadway Repair & Maintenance (RRM) division of the Department of Transportation is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to provide Roadway Engineering, Data Collection, Design, Inspection, and Related Services to assist the Department in its daily workflow and to assist in the development of projects to improve roadway pavement and drainage, to conduct studies to allow the initiation of capital projects to improve elements of the limited access arterial system; to evaluate materials and equipment proposed for Agency use; to support DOT facilities’ environmental and legal compliance; and other purposes as exemplified in the typlical tasks. This Procurement is subject to participation goals for New York State’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as required by FHWA; however, there is no DBE goal set for this project. A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM through the Microsoft Teams link.
