The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for sidewalk reconstruction, including concrete sidewalk installation (4" and 7" thick, pigmented and unpigmented), granite and concrete curb installation, pedestrian ramps, detectable warning units, asphalt concrete wearing course, pavement markings, tree removal and planting, catch basin work, and all incidental work. The contract covers work within Staten Island (Community Boards - All) and requires the contractor to have the capacity to execute up to 4 simultaneous locations and complete a minimum of 5,000 S.F. per month.
