The work includes installation of concrete sidewalks, curbs, asphaltic concrete wearing course, and related sidewalk and roadway restoration. The bid schedule includes items for concrete sidewalk (4" and 8" thick), granite and concrete curbs, asphaltic concrete, tree removal and planting, catch basins, and handling of contaminated soil and water. The project also includes allowances for concrete sidewalk repair under the City's Expedited/45 Day Repair Premium Plan and for concrete sidewalk of less than 100 square feet per property.
