The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for performing Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, and Testing (PMIT) of fire alarm and fire suppression systems, including sprinkler systems, standpipe and hose systems, clean agent (Novec) systems, dry chemical systems, video smoke detection, fire alarm circuits, signaling and initiating devices, back-up batteries, beam smoke detectors, fan shutdown operations, and elevators. The Contractor shall also perform Field Repair Work and Services to address failures found during inspection and testing, including replacing damaged devices, repairing wiring, replacing batteries, troubleshooting false alarms, and re-commissioning after major repairs. The work is performed at the Croton Filtration Plant, 3701 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467.
