The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials and equipment for the supply and delivery of NSF 60 grade Sulfuric Acid 78% and 93% solution to the Croton Filtration Plant (3701 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY), Croton Lake Gate House (1120 Croton Dam Road, Yorktown Heights, NY), and Ashokan Screen Chamber-Catskill Treatment Facility (2389 Route 28A, Olivebridge, NY). Deliveries shall be made via dedicated tank trucks within 48 hours of request. The contractor must provide a Chemical Supply Plan, Chemical Transportation Plan, Emergency Spill Response Plan, and comply with all environmental, health and safety requirements. The contract includes a renewal option of 2 years and a price adjustment mechanism based on the Producer Price Index for Sulfuric Acid.
