The vendor shall provide and deliver bulk rock salt directly to each IDOT location specified by CMS. Deliveries shall be made in accordance with the quantities and delivery requirements established for each location. The vendor shall invoice each IDOT location separately for its actual quantity received and corresponding share of the total cost of the rock salt supplied.
