The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for roof replacement and waterproofing work at 151-20 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432, a DCAS facility in Queens. The work includes demolition of existing roofing, installation of new roofing and waterproofing systems, and all associated work as detailed in the contract drawings and specifications. The project must be completed within 730 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the building will remain fully occupied and operational during construction.
