The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, testing, and supervision required to perform repairs and rehabilitation of potable water storage tanks T1 and T2 as identified in the API 653 Inspection Reports. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical works, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, and certain other items. The contractor is responsible for all design and construction services including surveys, assessments, technical studies, analysis, design, permits, construction documents, technical specifications, and construction services. The project includes design, construction, and close-out stages. Specific work includes non-destructive testing, corrosion repair, coating application meeting AWWA D102 certified under NSF/ANSI 61 for potable water, disinfection per AWWA C652, and post-repair water quality testing.
