The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, blowing walkways, aeration and seeding, pre-emergent application, herbicide spray perimeters, leaf removal, pruning shrubs, barkdust application, and tree pruning (up to 12') at nine locations: Archer Glen Elementary, Hawks View Elementary, Middleton Elementary, Ridges Elementary, Sherwood Middle School, Sherwood High School, Hopkins District Office, Cipole Maintenance Facilities, and Old District Office. Mowing is weekly from April through September and as needed during winter; sports fields are mowed 2x weekly. The Contractor must comply with Oregon's School Integrated Pest Management law and the District's IPM Plan.
