Pre-Bid Conference: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of School District Insurance Broker Agent of Record.
Provide broker agent of record services including professional recommendation, procurement, negotiation, placement and management of insurance coverages; risk analysis of loss exposures, risk-treatment strategies, contract review, staff training, benchmarking, property valuation assistance and audit response; claims submission assistance, insurer coordination and loss-trend review; worker-safety and loss-control assistance; insurance administration including coverage schedules, policy review, expiration tracking, billing, budget estimates and certificates; brokerage services including marketing strategies, submissions, market evaluation, insurer negotiation and written marketing reports; plus general services including staff meetings, board meeting participation and legislative advice, with task orders issued as needed.
