The Contractor will provide technical implementation services to design, configure, develop, test, migrate data to, and deploy the OneODA Core CRM & Licensing solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Pages. The Contractor must provide a core team including one Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, two Dynamics 365 Developers, and one Data Migration Specialist. Services include requirements validation, solution architecture and design, configuration and development, data migration from ODA's legacy licensing platform, integration development, testing and quality assurance, deployment and cutover, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to ODA technical staff. The target production go-live date is May 15, 2027, with a 90-day production stabilization period and a 180-day Post-Implementation Warranty Period.
