The CM/GC will provide preconstruction services including design and constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, and development of a GMP. If construction phase services are authorized, the CM/GC will provide full general contracting services for the Roseburg Veterans' Home, including managing subcontractors, coordinating with the project team, and completing the work within the GMP. The project includes four neighborhoods (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta) with 11 houses, a Community Center, and an Echo Building, totaling approximately 125,000–135,000 square feet.
