Phase 1 services include producing a basis-of-design report, engineering studies, design and specifications development, cost estimating, permit applications, easement identification, and GMP proposal submission. Phase 2 services include final design and stamped documents, procurement of equipment and subcontractors, securing permits, construction, commissioning and performance testing, and warranty coverage.
