Janitorial services at the Boardman Rest Area, I-84 MP 161
Pre-Bid Conference: Wednesday October 7, 2026 11am
The contractor will provide janitorial services at the Boardman Rest Area, including cleaning restroom buildings (two buildings on each side of the freeway, each with men's and women's rooms totaling 288 square feet per building), emptying trash cans (23 eastbound, 18 westbound, plus recycling cans and doggie cleanup stations), cleaning walkways, parking areas, and picnic tables. Services include deep cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, graffiti removal, and minor maintenance such as unplugging toilets. The contractor must provide a minimum of one full-time or supervisory employee, furnish transportation (a pickup for hauling garbage), and ensure employees wear uniforms and safety equipment. TIC will provide cleaning supplies, gloves, soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, and other consumables.
