Services include daily tasks (emptying trash, vacuuming, spot cleaning, cleaning reception, doors, break room, restrooms), twice-weekly anti-microbial cleaning of hand touch surfaces during November through March, weekly tasks (cleaning desks, spot cleaning walls, cleaning conference rooms, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning white boards), monthly tasks (vacuuming vents, removing cobwebs, cleaning refrigerator, wiping chairs, dusting, mopping), quarterly tasks (cleaning exterior and interior windows), twice-yearly tasks (carpet cleaning, dusting blinds, scrubbing hard flooring), yearly tasks (pressure washing sidewalks, cleaning chairs, vacuuming computer room), and other services such as detail cleaning during moves and changing lighting lamps.
