The contractor furnishes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services to replace the Building A HVAC controls with a BACnet direct-digital control system, including controllers, sensors, actuators, operator interface software, programming, checkout and testing, demonstration, training, record documents and a 12-month warranty.
