The contractor shall provide ongoing support to the Certification Program and its stakeholder engagement through the CUG. This includes developing, delivering, and closing out annual meetings, trainings, and workshops; facilitating and supporting CUG committees and teams to strengthen communication and collaboratively plan work; and supporting the development of certification program training content and materials. Specific tasks include CUG workshop preparation and closeout (Task 1), team facilitation and support for the steering committee and subcommittees (Task 2), and developing a CUG transition plan (Task 3).
