THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS. ODOT Commerce and Compliance Division is looking to establish Service Agreements with Training Service Providers to provide Motor Carrier Education Training Services as described in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2. As allowed per Special Procurement #41112.

Approved providers will administer the Oregon Motor Carrier Education Training in accordance with Oregon law (ORS 825.402) and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR 740-035-0200). Providers must use the ODOT Motor Carrier Education Manual to develop curriculum and presentations, offer training at least once per month, and may deliver via in-person classroom or interactive instructor-led webinar. Providers are responsible for setting prices, scheduling, marketing, providing classrooms and equipment, and submitting monthly registration schedules and course completion rosters to the agency.
