The contractor must provide snow and ice removal services for parking lots and sidewalks at 375 SW 2nd Avenue, Ontario, OR 97914, including monitoring four-day weather forecasts, applying de-icing products (green-certified, no salt), clearing snow when depth exceeds 1.5 inches, keeping entryways and handicap spaces clear, and moving snow to predetermined on-site locations or an off-site location as directed. Services must be performed before 7:00 AM Monday–Friday, completed by 7:30 AM, with availability for service calls from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The contractor must respond to service calls within three hours, submit service records with photos, and invoice on a time-and-materials basis. All work is authorized and monitored by the OED Contract Administrator.
