Pre-Bid Conference: There will be no pre-bid conference.
The contractor shall provide in-person American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator training at all DEQ offices within the State of Oregon. The contractor must provide each participant with the most recent version of the American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED student workbook, a Laerdal brand Pocket Mask, and a training certificate upon successful completion. The contractor shall provide CPR training mannequins in sufficient quantity to ensure no more than two participants share a mannequin. The contractor shall train agency employees on the appropriate use of the Agency's Philips HeartStart OnSite AED. DEQ shall provide a training room, furnishings, and a Philips HeartStart OnSite training defibrillator for each scheduled class.
